Yes, Scrappy Two is acrylic. It's ready to go out next week to whomever is ready. I don't remember the next knitter on it.

I do have you as the last knitter, Vertigo, on Scrappy 2, but if you get it and don't want to weave in the ends, you can send it to me and I will be happy to do so.
The other option is you can work on it, cast off, and see how you feel about weaving in those ends. They aren't a big thing, just use a yarn needle and try to hide the yarn in the stitches. I'm sure that no one here does a superb job when finishing them off, they go in the wash and the pets don't care!
ETA: i have myself right before you, so I can just switch us out too, and finish it here.

When we mentioned the pet snuggles to our local shelter, they had never heard of them, and didn't seem particularly interested. So could someone help me find someone to send them to? I just want them to be appreciated.

there's a local couple local shelters in my area i could try. there's also a very large animal hospital/shelter in Boston i could contct. my older dog (the one in my avatar) went there as a puppy for surgery.
