1st ever project finished - thankyou
Here it is, my Linen stich tote bag all finished. The colours were chosen by my daughter who has not put it down all day.

I followed the pattern to the letter and knitted the front 1st - I now wish I had done the back 1st as you can see my stich improved a lot (the flap of the bag is the back folded over)

Had a great time making it and many thanks for your help with my pattern and making up questions.

I am now looking for a simple pattern for a cardigan for a " year old - any recommendations?

Yay! Congrats! Have you looked through the patterns at Ravelry for the child's cardi?

nice bag
I think you did a nice job! You know it could have been the worst thing you ever made but your daughter would have loved it anyway. Awesome job!

That's a very sweet little bag, and you did a great job! Congratulations! It feels really good to finish a project, doesn't it? Here's to many more!
