Double-knit Hat

I've started knitting a hat double-knit style. I am very fond of this method of knitting and, in the absence of patterns of this sort, have adapted a pattern for 2 straight needles to this method, so that there will not be a seam involved. I am quite pleased with the result so far.

I am in no big hurry for the hat, so I have also been catching up with a cropped bolero vest on big needles. I have finished the back of that and started on the left front.

I also like the double knit this way you don't have a bad side

I'm still working on them, although not so much recently.

I have a problem with my digital camera - there is a problem with the software, which makes the image multiply on screen. So I haven't been able to post a picture of the dishcloth I did and I have already given it away. I would have to knit another and use someone else's camera if I was to post a picture.
