Knitting pattern for a cow?

Hi all!
Does anyone know of a (free) knitting pattern for a toy cow?
I'm extremely eager to knit one (for my friend's 16th birthday, she loved cows as a kid) however, to my surprise, I'm having a very hard time trying to find one on the internet! (A knitting pattern for a cow, not a real cow, that is.)

I'm more interested in patterns where the end result looks more like a teddy bear (but.. it's a cow), rather than one that stands on 4 legs, and is more realistic. Something she can cuddle at night

Thankyou all for your time! Her birthday is the 3rd of July,
but she won't be back from her family trip to Italy until later in July, so that buys me time

I do suppose if I can't find one, I could make my own pattern or adapt a cow from another pattern of say, a teddy bear. I would rather have a pattern to work from though!
