My Hat in Action!
Or . . . well, maybe not so much in action!!! My cousin just posted a pic of the newest member of our family with the hat that I knit for him on. There's an apple leaf on the top of the hat, but unfortunately you can't see it on this picture. Oh well, he still looks so cute in it!!! When I was done with this hat it looked so little that I thought he would grow out of it in a day. In the picture it looks like there's still some room to grow though. I guess I forgot how teeny a baby really is

OTN: Eyelet Chemise in Handmaiden Sea Silk (colorway: Midnight). Still. And a purple Donegal Tweed set of fingerless mitts, to try out my new Hiya Hiya interchangeable needles.

Latest FO: A shrug for an Anthropologie swap in beautiful Casbah sock yarn, in Cedar, a dark green semi-solid, my own pattern. Also a quick Noro Silk Garden neckwarmer for my friend Aideen, in a vine lace pattern.

cute baby with a cute hat,it doesn't look too big,but he will grow out of it in no time
