pattern for knitted cupcake scarf

My daughter saw a picture of a knitted cupcake scarf and asked if I could make one for her. It was a series of individual cupcakes joined together. The only problem is that I don't have a pattern for a cupcake. Can anyone help me? I am new to the forum and look forward to sharing with and hearing from fellow knitters. Thank you for your help.
