Pattern for making a double ruffle cuff on longies/capris
Any suggestions, points in the right direction?

There's double ruffles on these socks. The first one is cast on a zillion stitches then decrease down over several rows; the 2nd one the stitches are picked up then you make increases over several rows. You could do 2 ruffle rows the 2nd way.
