How do I add a new color in the middle of a scarf?
Hi, everyone! I've been knitting only a few months, and have never tried adding color in the middle of a row. My boyfriend has requested that I make him a "Suzuki" scarf - a bright blue scarf with a white Suzuki symbol in the middle of each end. What is the best way to go about doing this? I attempted to simply knot the white in the middle of the row and knit, but when I need to switch back to blue it's way over on the other side of the white stitches! Do I just... um... drag it over with me somehow?

What would be the best method for bringing the blue yarn over with me so I can continue working with it?
