Why are there no girls dress patterns online?

I've searched for days for a simple dress withsleeves for a small child. I only found a couple of sleeveless sundresses. I want to make a crew neck in the round dress with sleeves.
Should I just make a top down pullover and elongate it??

If you want it that specific you could take a T-top and make it longer.

Are you on Ravelry? I found some dresses with sleeves. Not really crew necks though.

I'd find a pattern for the top you want, but look at the skirt portion of some of the dresses you've found, and see how they form the skirt part. You may need to do some shaping, otherwise it could just look like a really long t-shirt and not a dress.
