Gina I don't know the real estate laws in your area but mold is enough of a health hazard that the existence should have been disclosed prior to sale, if known. The building inspector should have caught the mold and said something about it. Maybe it is time to talk to a lawyer.

All 3 kids are on today because Santa's comming tonight.
I got up early this morning and knit for 1.5 hours and now Brian's socks are done, except for the bindoff. I'm so glad to be done, what a releif!

May you be blessed today with the love of friends and family.

On the house front, we got a call yesterday basically saying they don't have an answer and won't until Monday or Tuesday.

Julie, I checked BBB and they're not a member, so BBB can't force them into mediation. I'm praying we don't have to take it further and that they'll do what obviously needs to be done. NOW!
Can't believe you finished Brian's socks! WOW! Superknitter, Supermom, Superstudent!

Knit2B, Let's get them married first!

Chris, we didn't know about the mold before closing.

Kids were all up by 6:30 and all gifts were opened by 6:35. Brian's socks fit!

Gina dont think about your mold today, just enjoy family. that should tell you something that they're not affiliated with the BBB, not a good sign. You can also check, angieslist.com to see if there's anything on there.
