We've actually been pretty lucky in the chewing. She prefers her chew toys and just loves ice cubes. Every time she hears the ice machine, she comes running. She did give us quite a scare back at Thanksgiving though and started having seizures. She ended up having to stay over night at the emergency vet and they gave her all sorts of tests. They all came back normal, but she was put on phenobarb as a precaution. The vets there thought it was possible that she got into something that she shouldn't have and that's what could have caused them. Our own vet suspects that could have been the cause too. All has been fine and will hopefully stay that way. She goes back to the vet next month to discuss possible weaning from the phenobarb, which she is sort of naturally doing anyway since she has grown and it was a dosage for her weight at that time.
