eh, I'll believe it when I see it. It's colder than a witches tit in a brass bra out there right now, just got back from taking Jacob to school. BURRRR. I'd like to see some snow, the most we've seen this winter was about 2.5" and that's nothing! But we've had such harsh cold air & wind that I wish we'd had the snow to go along with it to at least make it worth the cold. Says it's currently 36 out there but with the wind chill makes it feel like 27, with 73% humidity, which is SUPER high for here, we're at most in the 20's for normal humidity.

Guess I'd better get off the pc and clean this dang house. And do more laundry. sigh.

Dustina, I'm glad the district is getting creative about getting the snow days back. Better than going half the summer!

Julie, don't let up on studying. Remember to spread it out over time and make yourself recall the information. LOVE LOVE LOVE your cold metaphor! Never head that one! "It's colder than a witches tit in a brass bra out there right now." LOL!!

Emily, can't wait to see your pattern!

Chris, we may actually get SNOW or SLEET here tomorrow! YUCK! We usually don't get ANY cold weather after Valentine's Day!

Hope the rest of you are doing well. I miss hearing from you!

I finished two chemo caps.

Gina, the hats are gorgeous!

Julie, sorry about the test- keep at it, I'm sure you'll bring your grade up.

Chris, we're supposed to get snow here tomorrow morning- which NEVER happens, especially this late in Feb. And I'm supposed to be on a plane at 7:10 tomorrow morning! I hope the weather doesn't ground my plane.

Dustina, sounds like a better plan for making up school days. I hope you don't get any more days canceled!

Emily, Yay for Artemis! My good friend when I was a child had a cat named Artemis and I always thought that was a fabulous pet name.

Christine, I'm glad you're getting to wear the hat!

As for me, I'm flying to Chicago tomorrow morning to attend my best friend's grandmother's funeral. I won't be back in town till Friday night, so I will not be on here till probably Monday. I hope you all have a great week!
