Knitted Measurements Vs. Finished Measurements
I am starting a new sweater (Debbie Bliss) & I am trying to decide on a size. To choose from there are "knitted measurements" & there are "finished measurements". There is a BIG difference between the two. Which one do I choose?? Apparently the sweater is supposed to be I don't want it too small. I am soooooooo confused!!!

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! I have been knitting for 2 years & have never experienced this problem - or maybe I just never paid attention to it - LOL!
Thanks to anybody that can help!
