Here it is, Saturday, the end of day 3 at 11:48 pm. Im screwing up so I best stop for now and get some rest.

Im ready for the 2nd cable cross row on the 4th pattern repeat....

well, there is simple, and there is simple.
the cables divided by lace.
you aren't mixing up multiple cables and multiple textures and multiple lace patterns...you've kept it clean and elegant with two motifs that mesh well.

And I totally agree with MMario. Lace in itself isn't "simple" but that is all about concentraition. Your pattern isn't complicated...and it does a very nice job of being flowing and elegant!

Checking in...

Stayed up to knit till 3am and got up at 7am..

Spent most of the day on PR 6

Not sure why. I was having to rip and reknit all day!!

If not for that, I'd be much further than I am. I hope this is the only bad day I have....but I know theres not an ice cube chance in hell of that happinin.

Now, im at the begining of PR 7. This yarn acts different(big shock eh?

) than the yarn I used on the first one. I think its gonna not take so much blocking or if it looks better blocked hard...its gonna be bigger. But looking at it last night, it has a purty sheen to it and it is much softer than the Kroy.

Im off to knit...

2:14am here im still knitting but I needed a break, so I thought Id check in.

Ive just finished PR 11 and am expecting to finish the body by tomorrow night. I will post a pic then.
