WEBS - I hope!!

My hubby and I headed from MA to Penn State for the weekend and are getting ready to head back home. Last year when we did this, I wanted to make a "little" detour to WEBS, but we left too late. I told him on the way down on Friday that I really wanted to do it this year. I think he is procrastinating getting on the road so we won't have to go - wahhh!! They close at 5:30 and it is a 6-7 hour drive home and we are still here! Wish me luck!!

about 90% of the yarn I buy online is from them. I would love to lay my eyes and hands on the non-pixilated version! :D

Well, jealousy not needed. Hubby was an (insert your choice of explative) and wouldn't make the stop. If I ever get my car fixed, I'm going on a mini day trip all by myself and will spend however much time (and money ) I want!

Good for you, Margaret! Maybe you can get a friend who'd like to go and you can take her car! Serve him right if you went and spent some money!!

I'm so sorry your DH didn't make the stop for you! But IMHO, you will enjoy your solo day-trip MUCH MORE! You can take your time with no rushing around to get back to a bored husband waiting in the car looking at his watch! I live waaaaay way out west...as far as you can go without drowning in the Pacific Ocean....so a solo day-trip to WEBS is out of the question for me! I'm green with yarn envy that some folks live within driving distance or WEBS!

Go for it! Spend tons of money on fabulous yarn at bargain prices!

I agree with ArtLady....even if he'd been kind enough to stop, he would have been bored and you would have felt pressure not to keep him waiting. Better to do it on your own when you can enjoy things on your own time!
