i think I'm falling apart :(

I seem to be breaking these days
I managed to pop my left knee WWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY out yesterday at work.Prob just a strain (thank all thats holy) but it HURTS. Slept/laid in bed for 16 hrs cause the thought of walking on it made me cry!!!! So off work today but must go bad tomorrow. I'm supposed to go the Progressive Med Center in Atl Mon to have the thyroid thing (and now my knee) checked out......I hope the kids behave cause I'm not sre that while on loritab I'm capable of really dealing w/ the trouble!!!

Ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch! I've had my kneecap go out and it is not fun at all. If you've done this before, I'm sure you know the drill: ice, ibuprofen, and elevate your knee as much as you can. (If you have a cane or crutches, have someone dig them out for you so you can baby that knee so it can heal!)

Know just how you feel...I've had torn ACLs in both knees (not at the same time!). It hurts worse than childbirth! Hope you feel better soon...try to baby that knee for awhile.

I can want with minimal pain these days but school sucks if you can't walk well!! Waiting for results form tons of test and then I'll stop falling apart

I've had knee troubles for years, decades really. I feel your pain!

The kne'll heal if I just stay OFF of it....but I won't and the brace I ended up w/ is one of those HUGE foam ones that never fits right So it'll take a while but it'll get better
