PHILDAR ~ Are You Familiar with This Yarn?
Andalouse by Phildar
This beautiful skein of yarn was in a box of wool yarns I received as a trade from a knitter that frequents this site. It has a wonderful feel to it.

Sorry, I would post a picture but my memory card refuses to work just now.

It contains 26% wool, 26% acrylic, 22% mohair, 16% polyester, & 10% nylon.
It calls for a #4-9 US needle, weighs 50 gram (1 oz.), and is 74 yards in length.

Does anyone have a suggestion what to use it for? It would probably work great for a shawl if there were enough skeins. I only have the one and I doubt itís enough for a scarf or cap. I thought about a baby item, but it is hand washable only.

If no one here is able to help me, I guess my next stop will be to see if there are other skeins listed on Maybe there I can purchase enough to make a shawl with or place it for trade or sale here. I wanted to hear what opinions you all might have first.
