When you slip the sts, keep them on the tips so they don't get stretched out. And for the ssk, instead of moving them back to the L needle, insert the L needle in front of them on the R need and knit them tog. That keeps you from having to move them another time which can stretch them. If you have a tight tension that can sometimes cause loose stitches too. Really!
