What is ssk?

I am a newbie knitter, and Im about to start on knitting a teddy bear as a Christmas present, and I was reading it over just to make sure I understood the pattern and its abbreviations because I want it to be perfect for my special someone:

But when I reread the instructions for the left leg: round 5, it said w & t . What is that? And also on that section, at round 7 and even more times throughout the pattern, it mentions to ssk.

Please help with these abbreviations?

Ok so I explored the site and found out what ssk is, but Im still not understanding what w & t means?

W&T stands for wrap and turn. If you look under the videos section here and look for the short rows video, there is a good video of how to wrap and turn in there.
