fixing holes in the round

Hello!

I'm kind of a beginner at this. I'm knitting a baby blanket in the round with 2 circular needles. At the beginning of each round, there is a very visible "seam" and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. It's too late to start over to tighten those stitches (hind sight is 20/20 and I'm past the point of no return). Is there a trick to fixing those holes or will I have to get really crafty with a yarn needle and hope the future owner of the blanket doesn't turn it over? :-)
