Error in pattern newborn hat

Has anyone tried to make this hat:

Wondering if there's an error when you get to row 4 or if it's just me.

Let's see:

k2, *yo, k3, sl1, k2tog, psso, k3, yo, k1; rep from *, end k2 instead of k1

If you start with 73 stitches, you'd use:

2
10,10,10,10,10,10,11

It adds up correctly. Are you knitting 2 tog when you do the psso?

When you get to the end, the last repeat will have
yo, k3, sl, k2tog, psso, k2, yo, k2

Are you doing the YOs as just wrapping the needle, not a wrap and knit? They don't use a stitch just add a new one between the other sts.
