bear ear stitch
I am told to "knit into front and back of next stitch." Please tell me know to do this. Thanks

It's an increase and you can find a video under kfb. Knit into the stitch, leave it on the needle then knit into the back of it.

I JUST went through this! No worries, knitting into the front and back is a LOT easier than it sounds!

This video should help you out!

Also, this isn't from THIS site, but a HUGE help because everything is explained as it's being done!

the short cuts can be confusing. There is a glossary up top. Very helpful. you will come across lots of short expressions abbrev. and such.

kfb: knit forward backward
or knit front and back
(same thing)
that is: knit in the front and back of the stitch.
The videos that are linked above are the key (they also show the short cut name)
