grafting - the last two stitches

I am wondering if anybody can tell me what to do with the last two stitches when grafting. I figured out the set up and the knit-purl-purl-knit part, but what do you do with the last two stitches? I am making the Miss Priss Diaper Pants and am grafting the gusset together. Than
