Aww, it's cute! I too conquered cables whilst knitting a hat in the round. Ironic! And yes, I love cables now too. Anyway - good job!

Aww thank you..Started another "one"!!! I love this pattern soo much...I am using Caron Simply Soft (which is very nice BTW) in a shimmery beige..I think that will make the "cables" pop.. maybe I will ad the brim this time...will post soon.
