Sweater for Baby Gordie
I knitted this up for my little grandson. It's made of Bernat Baby Jacquards, and it's made from the top down. After it was done to the hem, and one arm was finished, I got a chance to put it on him. It didn't fit. So...I lengthened out the first sleeve by 3 inches, and the body length by 4 inches. I had to rip back to the start of the ribbing, but it wasn't too bad. I also eliminated the few decreases at the bottom edge before the ribbing starts. (somebody is plumping up). I think his body filled out the sweater more, which in turn shortened it. Anyhow, I'm pleased with it.

Can hardly see it with the pictures so small, but it looks cute.

That's much better. That's a really cute sweater! Are those bunnies on the front?

Very cute! They sure grow fast, don't they!? I started one for my grandson and I'm afraid he'll outgrow it before it's done. I've already had to start over once because it was too small. You did a great job on yours. Love the colors.

Those things on the front were things I invented, they were going to be cables, but they turned out to be crossed stitches.
