Double Trouble Knitting With Two Yarns
Hello everyone!!!

I have 1 large ball made with two yarns which I balled by hand. I am spending more time untwisting then I am knitting the pattern. I have searched on KH and haven't found a solution, perhaps I am overlooking it. I have completed over 48 rows of the pattern and like I said it is very time consuming when you have to stop and work the twists out...

Please HELP!!! :o(

Thanks in Advance...

Have you tried holding the ball of yarn and letting the needles and knitted project dangle freely? That way it can untwist itself.
That said, I think the easiest way to knit with two or more strands of yarn is not to wind a single ball but to keep the yarns separate, either in ziploc bags or bowls.

Yes, it's better to knit with the 2 strands separate; when they're wound together they don't knit at the same tension, as well as the twisting problem.
