FO: Sunrise Circle jacket

I have loved this pattern since it first came out and finally decided to knit it.

I used KP City Tweed HV and #4 Options - (yes, I am a loosey goosey knitter and always have to go way down in needle size.) But this patttern needed a firm fabric so I did what I had to do.

I love the unique construction - only 2 seams. Of course, there was that pesky hem that goes all the way around!

It wears nicely, however, like most soft yarns...it pills. (But easily picked off) I used City Tweed HW to knit a Log Cabin blanket last year...it is WONDERFUL, and no pills at all. Clothing seems to get the pills because of our movements.

Wow! I think yours fits you better than the models (hers pulls across the bust.) The back looks so elegant, too. You might have actually convinced me to do the unthinkable! break down and actually USE A PATTERN! LOL!

Thanks! I don't care for how it looks in the back on the model: a poor fit for her. It was the great looking ones on Ravelry that convinced me to knit it.

HA! Well, I agree with you that the sweater doesn't fit the model. But you've got me convinced to check the pattern out on Ravelry. STALKING IN PROCESS!!!!!!
