Congratulations !! He's adorable.
My son is 9months old - as for finding time to knit etc I have a standing date with some friends for coffee and knitting and the hubby stays home with our son. Also, a friend with an older child told me to never do anything while he was sleeping that I could do while he was awake - so I try to spend most of his naptime either knitting or reading.
