For what it's worth, to help keep your cold from spreading around the house, if you'll mix up a 50/50 mix of Peroxide and Vinegar that's what they use in Bio-chem labs that handle things like salmonella and small pox. To that, in my birthing center, I add 20 drops of tea tree oil to a 1 quart bottle. While it may not smell like Roses or Lemons, it kills all the harmful bacteria, and doesn't breed super bugs like a lot of the "anti bacterial" cleaners can. Besides that, it actually kills the cold virus which most commercial cleaners fail miserably at.

Just mho, fwiw.
