Welcome back to the Oddball Snugglers, Katie!

I'm a slow knitter too, so I understand. Maybe we should say that we will each have 3 weeks to knit each section of the snuggles.

Tresha has started the "Patriotic Pets" snuggle, which is being made with red, white, and blue, of course. We need one more knitter for that one. Would you like to be that one knitter for us?

Actually, I will be starting that one on Saturday when I'm stuck in a car for 14 hours. That way I can be certain that no pet gets near it. :D

Excellent! Now, we have enough knitters for our Patriotic Pets snuggle!

Hi Gill1,

I wish we could use you to help with our snuggles, but we only use knitters located in the USA.

You're welcome to start a group in Ireland, though! Just check with your local animal shelters, to see what size blankets they need, then get together a group of your knitting friends to make the snuggles as a team, passing the blanket from house to house.

Take care!

Where DO you find the time, my friend? I'm in...let me know when you're ready to start another one.

It's my good friend Pam! Nice to hear that you are joining us with the pet snuggles again.

I think I will go ahead and cast on one myself. Let me look through my stash, and see what colors I have, then we will give our new snuggle a name. It sure is nice to be leading a small group of Oddball knitters again.

Certainly, my friend!
Thanks for joining in again to help us make pet snuggles.

I will cast on a new snuggle this week, and you will be the 3rd knitter. Now, we just need one or two more knitters for that one. And I still need to come up with a name, because I haven't even looked at my stash yet.

I was busy this week, knitting a French Scarf to wear when I go to visit my sister in California at the end of this month. She paid for plane tickets for me and my oldest son to go there for a week. I'm so excited!

I've heard that the nights get chilly in California, so now I'll have something to wrap around my shoulders.
