salmonmac Moderator Mod Squad Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Maryland Posts: 5,509 Thanks: 368 Thanked 1,934 Times in 1,850 Posts	I'm not sure exactly what the pattern is calling for but to twist a stitch, whether you're kntting flat or in the round on the circular needles, work into the back of the stitch. Either knit through the back loop (ktbl) or purl through the back loop (ptbl).
