SLIP-STITCH

It looks like slip 1, purl 1 on the right side and purl across the back.

That looks like a thermal knit stitch, like the knit on long underwear. You would cast on a multiple of four. Row 1: Knit across. Row 2: Purl across. Rows 3 and 4: k2, p2 across. Repeat these four rows for the pattern.

In looking at the other projects I think it looks like the slip stitch rib that Ingrid posted. If you look at the close up on this page you can see it very well.
