How to Cast On at the end of the round on Circular Needles??

I hate sewing seams so I am trying to knit yoga socks in the round instead of flat. How do I cast on at the end of the round? Is it the same as on flats needles?

Yes, it's the same. But why would you need to CO at the end of a round? Is it because you bound off sts for the heel on a previous round?

Thankyou very much for getting back to me. And Yes, I had to bind off stitches in the last round. This is proving to be a challenging project that I have taken on.
