Ribbing the Cuff

Madelinetosh honey cowl
Pattern calls for a36" circular needle. I have a 40 or 32" circ. finished cowl is 44 inches. Yarn is madelinetosh tosh DK. Any suggestions?

Use either one, the 32" will probably be a little easier to handle, I find a 40" has a bit too much cord.
