Hello to my fellow elbow pain sufferers,
I've developed a serious knitting addiction finding most of my day revolves around knitting or online looking at yarn and patterns. I started to experience some pain in my elbow but the pain wasn't unbearable. Well the pain got bad enough I knew I had to put the needles down and give my poor elbow a rest. I did some research online and came to the conclusion that I'm probably dealing with a mild case of knitter's elbow/tendonitis. In my research I read an article in the NY Times about the Thera Band Flex Bar, an exercise tool used to treat tendonitis. The article said that the flex bar has shown positive results in treating tendonitis. The reviews on amazon support these claims. I ordered the blex bar and have been using it for 4 days. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
