Minimal damage here in Maryland and DC. Comparatively few trees came down around here and most power has been restored. Compared to Connecticut, New York and New Jersey, we look almost untouched. It's too bad about the fires in Queens but I hope those neighborhoods will come back. Thanks everyone for you kind thoughts and prayers.

SO glad to see all the posts about you all being ok. Hopefully this next one isn't as fierce. Also hoping all kh members escaped. Hope we'll hear from any others as their power is restored. Still watching the news, the magnitude and the destruction is hard to believe. Feel so sorry for those people who got the worst of it - and glad the mayor figured it out and postponed the marathon!
