Changing the Pattern from 3 mts to 1 year

How many sts did you have at the end of row 18? More than likely you missed some YOs on row 17 because the stitch number should stay the same.

Your stitch count is off by 32sts which may be due to missing yarn overs in several rows. Take a look at the zigzag pattern that you've knit and see if it looks even and you can see the little holes that form the pattern along with the lines of ssk's and k2togs. They should progress evenly to a series of points, like the picture. I agre with Sue, you shouldn't be losing sts. The stitch count should be the same for all the rows.

Hi,

At the end of 17th row & 18th Row my total stitches were 113.. On the 19th stitch it says pass 2nd,3rd,4th and 5th st over last stitch and there are no yo in row 19th thus on row 19 I lost 4sts for every repeat and I made total 8 repeats, thus 14sts are converted to 10sts.

The pattern looks good for me.. Should i have more than 113sts on row 18?

Good, then the problem is just with the repeat in row 19:
* p3, (k1, p1, k1, p1, k1) in next stitch, then pass the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th sts over last st made; p3, k3, rep from *
You should increase 4sts at the underlined part and then when you pass the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th sts over, you're immediately decreasing those same 4sts and the st count will stay the same. This video shows the increase stitch. Ignore the end of the video which uses the increases to make a bobble. You're going to pass the increases sts over the first stitch.

These are all done on the same stitch not consecutive stitches. Kpkpk into 1 stitch, then on the right needle, lift the 2nd st from the end over the st on the end, then the 3rd one, the 4th and the 5th st. You increased 4 sts with the kpkpk, but decrease 4 by lifting the extra ones over a single stitch.
