How can I read this chart properly?

Hi!

I have a knitting chart for a baby dress and I solved all the symbols except the one like T (bent to the left or right) with a dash at the top

..

It's kind of urgent, my mother-in-law asked me to knit it for her new baby grand daughter, she can't knit well herself..

Could you please help me with it?
