How to Yarn Forward K2, Pass Yarn Forward Over K2?

Currently learning on knit a cowl. I don't understand how to Yarn forward K2, pass yarn forward over K2.

What is the difference between these 2 commands? Need help

Welcome to KH!
This is all part of one sequence of stitches. The yarn forward is a yarn over, so do a yarn over, then knit the next 2sts and pass the loop formed by the yarn over, over the last 2 knit sts.
