So true. Sometimes when you just READ a knitting pattern, it doesn't make sense. But, if you WORK the pattern, you can SEE what the pattern is talking about....and everything just falls into place.

I've become more tolerant of my mistakes. Used to be that I was a perfectionist but now I just try to power through my mistakes and accept them as a learning process.
Thank goodness my neighbors have stopped with the fireworks. My tortie cat, Miss Macy, is finally settled next to me and sleeping peacefully. Now I can try to pick back up on my knitting.
