Sweater pattern help

I'm sort of confused with this bit of the pattern

Bind off 36 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows place remaining 36 sts on a holder for the back neck

This is shaping the neck and shoulders

I Know bind off part just the beginning of the next 2 rows.

So can anyone help me btw its in the flat

You're to bind off 36 sts, knit or purl to the end of the row, turn, bind off 36 sts and work to the end of the row. There should be 36sts left on the needle for the back neck. Place these 36sts on a holder.
