Old man needs Help with pattern

Hi,
I am going to try my hand at knitting my first sweater. I have done hats and various kitchen things so I do have a little knitting knowledge.

but I don't understand the pattern. It seems to start decreases at the beginning of the first row after ribbing and doesn't say how many rows to work before finishing off.can anyone explain this pattern to me ant help will be greatly appreciated. Love your site.
