FO: "Ardys Vest"
The Ardys Vest designer offered everyone and anyone a FREE PATTERN on her birthday celebration weekend! A Rav knitting buddy of mine alerted me about this Special back in early January.

Anyway, I was very intrigued by this simple little design. The only seaming was the shoulders, the 3-needle bindoff seam over 13 stitches. Very easy.

I combined two sizes together, a larger size for the lower body, and a smaller size for the upper body. The vest is a perfect fit.

Here are my Ravelry folder notes.

Beautiful soft color and gorgeous vest. It's always fun to read your notes and see the work in progress. Lovely.

Fun, huh? And I'd need some short rows too. You got just the right combination there.

As usual your work is gorgeous. I envy your spead in getting things done. I'm probably never going to be a fast knitter, but at least I seem to be getting better at different stitches and reading patterns.
Taking a class at my LYS this next week on reading charts. We will be making a cowl out of 6 ply sock yarn. Can't wait to get started!!

Very pretty! I love the stitching on the front band.

It looks really good on you, so, yes, a perfect fit indeedy!
