knitting up to a stitch?
Hello, can anyone answer my question? My pattern says knit up to 1st st before marked st.... does this mean i knit the stitch before the marked one or leave the stitch before the marked one. Thanku to anyone who may help!

Knit until there is one stitch followed by the marked stitch. The following directions will tell you what to do with that stitch and then maybe what to do with the marked stitch. Can you give us a link to the pattern?
