I am gonna try that thanks. I think that mostly because I crochet like 5-6 hours a day 7 days a week is why I have this. I have cut down how much I crochet and it seems to be helping.

FWIW I knit now instead of crocheting because knitting is easier on my hands and wrists. YMMV

Me too. I used to crochet the car, watching TV, on vacations, at the beach etc......until I got sore hands, elbows and shoulders. I switched to knitting for a couple of years. Now I can crochet again, but not for extended periods.

I guess "too much of a good thing" is really true. Shame, when you love it. But I try to remind myself: Variety is the spice of life.
