Go to User Settings on the left of the bar at the top of the page, then Edit Options, Thread Display Options, Thread Display Mode and click on the pull down menu. There you go!

I always used the small reply button on the right, now it takes me to the quick reply box. I just tried using the quote button on the far left and here I am Just have to take a different route now
