sock and some other random things
Hey! Two finished objects and some totally random images that got uploaded, jeez, I am such an idiot with a computer. There is a ski hat that I knit for my son, and the horse and firefighters (never saw that picture in my life, so apologies, don't know where it came from) a nice mountain scene for your viewing pleasure, and the actual intended SOCK. All of this took 40 minutes away from my lifetime that I will never get back! This is probably why I don't post more FO pics; the process is loaded with much drama and gnashing of teeth!

Lovely socks! Well done!!!! Are they comfy? Bet they are. Don'tcha just love 'em?

Come on, don't be shy, just admit those pictures are all of things you've knit.

They fit like a dream! These babies will never slip down into a shoe, that's for sure!

Excellent! That's what hand knit socks are all about: fit, comfort, and not feeding them to your shoes. Soon you'll only be wearing hand knits on your tootsies.

Jinx, the sock is wonderful! Very well done. So is the ski hat.
The photo of the horse and the firemen looks like the inspiration for a short story. I''m sure those crafty firemen figured out a way to help the horse out of the hole (or else the horse figured out how to get the firemen into the hole).
You get the most intriguing phantom photos, for sure.

The socks are very nice but I was impressed with the hats, slippers, and baby sweater! I just kept on clicking on the bottom of the page and got to see all your wonderful knitting!

I'm almost afraid of that, because the danged things are so time-consuming. But, I have amassed a small fortune in gorgeous sock yarn, just the same. Right now I am taking a break from socks and knitting thrummed mittens for DD. We adopted her from West Africa when she was 8, and she is always cold here in Truckee! I have lots of wool roving in multiple colors, because before I discovered knitting as "my new religion" I was needle-felting.
