Easy Peasy Tee from

I've been having a fun time knitting this little sweater for my youngest granddaughter. She's 15 now, has a 34" bust but is as skinny as a rail otherwise...
The problem I'm forseeing in the future is that the neckline is going to be too big for her... and probably a little too revealing...
I'd like to add something to the neckline which was just a long tail cast on (my first time and I love it!).
Could I add a few more rows to it and do some decreasing so it will fit her better?
Thanks
p.s. hopefully the blog address will work...
