What is a lifeline?
Hello all

I'm "trying" to knit a cable sweater and [sob sob sob] I have torn it out three times. I saw someone write about using a lifeline when they were knitting a dificult pattern. Does this help when you have to go back a few rows????

This is my first post ... Thanks for any help!!
Sandra

Hi, Sandra! I haven't used one myself, but amy has a video on using one on this page under "fixing mistakes."
