Baby Halter

Was wondering if anyone can direct me to a pattern for a baby halter top? I thought maybe I could resize an adult halter, however my math skills aren't the greatest.

You'd have to resize it for a baby (or, if you're like me, just use a finer yarn so it will turn out smaller) but it is soooo cute! Can be worn as a halter or a tank.
